There are 11 universal laws that govern our lives. When we understand just how these laws work, we are on our way out of the struggles that most perceive life to be. Did you know that life is supposed to be fun and effortless? Well, for most of us it is a constant struggle, something we tolerate, yet cannot stand.
In just a few minutes of speaking to any person out there, you will have heard about how terrible things are in this world, the state, and their lives. Not many individuals have anything positive or good to say about life. This is because for most people their mind in continuously racing with one important thought after another in endless streams of self-talk. The issue here is that none of this is positive. These individuals will spend hours upon hours thinking about how broke they are, how many bills are piling up, how overweight they are, how horrible their hair looks, how stupid they are, how much they cannot stand their job, how no one seems to understand them or like them, how bad they always feel (physically or emotionally), and basically just how terrible their lives are.
If you could change these “bad” things in your life, would you? Would you be willing to work on it daily to reach the goals you want in life? Would you be willing to share your knowledge of how to do this with anyone that was willing to listen and be guided? If so, then this post I for you. Along with this post, I want to work with you to help you increase your successes. Are you willing to start today?
Then, let’s get to the basics!
First off, this will take time, energy, and plenty of work on your end. You will need to be aware of your mood, actions, and reactions. Our society has fallen under an umbrella of negativity, and that seems to be all that we focus on these days. It is your job to shift your focus, and be aware of that feeling or positivity and to let go of the negativity. One of the most important things you can do to alter your negative perceptions of the world around you, is to discontinue watching the news. Have you ever noticed that all the stories these days are negative in nature? That’s what we need to eliminate in order to change our views and thoughts.
With just this small change you will notice that you no longer look for the bad, but you look for the good. You will feel your thoughts and feelings are being shaped and guided by the positive in your consciousness. You’ll begin to treat others better, as they will begin to treat you better. So many opportunities will begin to open up for you. So now, let us get started on the 11 Universal Laws, shall we?
1. The Law of Thinking: This law pertains a lot to what I have already spoke about above. This law is just as important as the others, as they are needed to be worked together in order for you to see true results. This law is about shaping your thoughts, as your thoughts shape everything about your life. Without this law, the other laws will not work, as they will bring in only the negative. These laws can be used for both the good and bad, so if you want more bad things in your life, then do not bother with law. Stay in the negative frame of mind, but if you want good things in your life, more money, a new car, better relationships, etc., then you need to first work on your thought processes.
2. The Law of Supply: This law has a simple rule that you must always remember, “for every demand, there must be a supply”. If there is something you want, you must demand it. By demanding that which you want or need, it will bring upon an idea in which you will act upon. By acting upon this idea, you will then in turn supply your demand. This is not a magic trick, as you must apply all these laws in order for one to work.
3. The Law of Attraction: This is one of the most known laws, due to the movie “The Secret”. Well, this law alone will not work, if you are not applying all the other laws with it. However, this law states that we attract whatever we decide to give our attention to, this could be something wanted or unwanted. In most cases people attract by default, not by a conscious choice. It is normal for one to go through their day with their focus on the issues that need attention, or problems that need solving. When we do this we are actually creating more issues for ourselves. When you think of this law, imagine yourself as a giant magnet will a great pull. Magnets don’t “try” to attract, they just simply do. This is the same for each of us. It does not matter your past, your childhood, or where you currently are in life, you attracted all that is currently in your life by simply putting it in your thoughts. Simply change your thoughts about what you want attracted in your life. It could be having better health, more money so you spend less time at work, weight loss, or ever traveling to different destinations. You have all the control of what is bought into your life at this moment.
4. The Law of Receiving: This law states that in order to receive your desires, you first must be open to receive them. I bet you are saying, “Yeah, that’s obvious”, but you do not know how many people do the complete opposite in their lives. We are trained from a young age to be willing to give, and many people today do not know how to openly receive. Most times people push it away. As an example, you want to be in a relationship and you truly believe that you are ready for it, but, all you do is sit at home and dream about it. This tells the universe that you are truly not ready to receive what you desire. In order to prove that you are ready to receive this relationship you must be going out and be ready and willing to meet someone new. This is how the universe will know you are saying, “Can you see, I’m am completely ready to receive my desire”, and from here the relationship will come in to your life. This goes back to the Law of Supply.
5. The Law of Increase: This law states that whatever you are truly grateful for, you will be sure to receive more of it. This is due to you sending the vibrations of gratitude out into the universe, and as a response, it sends back more things you are grateful for. This is the natural reaction of the universe, to manifest more things you are thankful for. This can work in a negative way as well, though. If you continuously think of that in which you do not have, or focus on that in which you are not grateful for, then you will receive an increase in that which you do NOT desire or are not grateful for. Gratitude is an action you take, which coincides with the Law of Thinking, which then manifests itself into more things you will be grateful for, which coincides with the Law of Supply and the Law of Receiving. This is the natural reaction. This never changes and is as certain as the law of gravity.
6. The Law of Compensation: This law can be compared to the law of cause and effect. Have you ever heard of the saying “misery loves company”? Well, this is a great example of this law. If you are miserable, then you will be compensated in the like. Do not be confused, this law is not strictly about money or monetary rewards, this about anything that is given to us for our deeds, thought, words, or feelings. If your deeds are bad, thoughts are negative, words are mean, or feelings are negative then you will be compensated with the like. All of these laws can work in both the positive and negative manners. It is up to you which you choose while working on these laws. There is a violation to this law, which expecting something for nothing. If you are thinking you will become a millionaire by simply joining a company that promises you the stars with minimal hours or work, then you will receive nothing in return. You must put in what you want back.
7. The Law of Non-Resistance: This law is one of my favorites as it teaches us to not resist situations. If you resist a situation, then you are giving it more power. This will make the problem much more difficult to solve. What you resist always persists. This is due to the fact that by resisting something you will direct negative energy to that object. You will make that object or situation stronger which will affect you in a more negative manner. At this point the issue may seem far too large to be solved. This is when you begin to feel disempowered and you may lose hope that you will ever be able to overcome such a situation. This all happens because you used your energy to resist the situation, which leaves you with little or no energy to overcome it. When acting this way you are actually disobeying this law. Stop struggling with situations, this goes against the flow. Try to change the direction when you notice that you begin struggling with something in your life. Just remember, do not resist, let it go, let it flow.
8. The Law of Forgiveness: This law is another favorite that many people misunderstand. We do not forgive one for them, we forgive for our own well-being. With forgiveness comes freedom and empowerment. By forgiving someone, you are not condoning what they did or lessening your power, you are actually freeing and empowering yourself. You are probably wondering how this is. Well, you ultimately are forgiving yourself. If you look at the universe from a spiritual perspective, we are all One. As you release your stories of limitations and victimizations, you release the anchors that hold them in your now experience. This shift will allow you to attract so many new possibilities and create improved probabilities for yourself. The simple act of forgiveness releases repressed emotions such as guilt and anger that can create toxins in your physical body. These toxins block the neural and energetic pathways so that the body cannot heal itself. To forgive is to release old grudges, anger and resentment. This may be one of the hardest laws, but it is necessary and possible for your own growth and well-being.
9. The Law of Sacrifice: This law shows us that in order for us to get something new we always will have to give something new. This law applies to ALL aspects of our lives. It is better to willingly give first to receive what you wish than to lose something you did not expect. This can be tricky to get your head totally around, so here is an example. Let’s pretend you are in a new relationship with someone. You now have something extra in your life, a partner. This law can also work in you losing something due to the gain of something new. Therefore you have now lost the status of being single. No matter what, in order to gain something you will lose something. By losing the single status, you now have lost the freedom you once had and must compromise with this person, but you have gained love from this person.
10. The Law of Obedience: This law tells us that you can only achieve success if you obey universal laws. It is considered a sin to disobey the laws of the universe. We do not “not” sin because of judgment, but because we suffer from the consequences our disobedience will bring. There are many ways we may suffer due to disobedience of natural laws. You can see what laws you ignored dependent upon what you suffer from. If you suffer from bad health, then you disobeyed the law of non-resistance. If you are generally not satisfied with your life, it means you disobeyed they law of attraction. If you think you a victim, or that everything is out of your control, then you are not following the law of thinking. See how these all work? They all work together, like how the colors of a rainbow are connected, so are the laws!
11. The Law of Success: This law is kind of self-explanatory. Where most people get this law wrong is that, they do not believe that each and every one of us was born to be rich. When we enjoy every good in the universe, we are successful and will receive success.
In order for your life to be good, you must first activate each and every one of these laws by simply understanding them. The positive and good will begin to increase in your life as you move through these laws and work with them daily. The more you work with them, the more of a habit they will become. Remember, we are all created equal, it just appears that we are not. Some seem like they were born with more to offer or in a better position, but they are the ones already working with the laws, whether they know it or not. The greatest error made by people is to ignore these laws, and how important they are to each and every one of our lives.
