This program originally excited me because each workout is only 30 minutes long, plus you receive portion control containers and a booklet with recipes and foods to eat. I knew that I needed help with my eating. Prior to starting this program I worked out daily. I did weights, yoga, pilates, and cardio boxing. I thought this workout would be simple, and that the eating would be my biggest obstacle, boy was I wrong.
Don't get me wrong, the eating was a difficult challenge the first 3 days, but the workouts were definitely a great workout. They were more intense than I had first thought they would be. Each day is a different workout, with no rest days, only active rest days. I found this program to be fun, enjoyable, and great for helping to get started on my journey to living a healthier and happier life. My results, as you can see in the picture, were definitely great. I lost a total of 3 pounds, but I lost 16 inches all around. The pants I have on in the before picture no longer fit me, they fall off immediately, so I had to wear a different pair. I am finally able to wear medium size in pants and smalls in shirts, something I haven't been able to do since I've had kids.
